Davao Light and Power Co. Inc.'s Call Center Service is now available to serve customers 24/7 starting December 1, 2016.

 

Davao Light's move to extend the operations of the Call Center Service beyond office hours was intended to cater all types of Davao Light services aside from the emergency concerns.

“Having a 24/7 Call Center Service will ensure our customers that Davao Light is always available to provide the assistance that they need.” said Davao Light AVP for Retail Services Group Arnold Arsolon.

 

Customers may now inquire concerns related to billing, payment, application and other Davao Light related services even during the wee hours of the night.

 

For faster transaction, customers are advised to have their Davao Light Account ID ready when calling the Call Center Service.

 

Customers may reach Davao Light through 082 229-DLPC (3572) or 084 822-DLPC (3572) for Davao del Norte customers.
