15-minute power interruptions on March 26 and 27 in major areas of Davao City
Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. will conduct two 15-minute power interruptions on March 26, Sunday, anytime between 12:01 AM to 1:00 AM and on March 27, Monday, anytime between 4:00 AM to 5:00 AM.
These service disruptions will be necessary to facilitate upgrading works of Davao Light's 138 kV line along diversion road due to the Maa bridge expansion project of the DPWH in the said area.
Specifically affected are customers from Ateneo Grade School in Matina up to Ilang in Tibungco including the entire areas of City Proper, Obrero, Agdao, Bajada, Buhangin, Lanang, Sasa, Cabantian, Mandug and Panacan. Also included are areas along Toril highway going to Sirawan, Inawayan and Eden.
Davao Light apologizes for the inconvenience of these scheduled power interruptions. But it will exert all efforts to restore electric service as scheduled or earlier. However, there may be instances where restoration may extend beyond the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
