Davao Light and Power Co. will conduct two 15-minute power interruptions on October 16 and 19, both from 6:00 a.m. to 6:15 a.m., affecting customers in Panabo and Carmen.

These power interruptions will be necessary to transfer load from San Vicente Substation to nearby lines to facilitate upgrading works at Davao Light’s 69kV line supplying the said substation.

Particularly affected are customers from Panabo Bus Terminal going to Panabo wharf and up to New Malitbog including Brgy. San Vicente. Customers in the entire area from Panabo Rice Mill up to Carmen will also experience the said power outages.

Davao Light apologizes for the inconvenience brought about by this scheduled power interruption. But it will exert all efforts to restore electric service as scheduled or earlier. However, there may be instances where restoration may extend beyond the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
