Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. will conduct a 30-minute power interruption on January 26, Friday, anytime between 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. affecting customers connected to Matina, Bangkal, Ecoland and Maa Substations.

This service disruption will be necessary to facilitate normalization at Davao Light’s 69kV Davao Line 1, which load was temporarily transferred to nearby lines last January 20.

 

Specifically affected are customers in Matina and Bangkal specifically those from SIR Matina up to Talomo Bridge near Coca-Cola Plant. Also affected are customers in the entire Maa area including Tulip Drive Ecoland.

 

Davao Light apologizes for the inconvenience brought about by this scheduled power interruption. But it will exert all efforts to restore electric service as scheduled or earlier. However, there may be instances where restoration may extend beyond the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
