Davao Light customer services open on August 18, 22 and 25 PDF Print E-mail

Davao Light and Power Company’s frontline customer services will be available for the public on August 18 and 22, recently declared as special non-working holidays and on August 25 as a legal holiday.

Payment collection services in the Ponciano, Bajada, Panabo, Toril, and Sto. Tomas offices, as well as the Ponciano and Panabo offices’ customer service area catering to walk-in billing, collection, and metering service inquiries and complaints, will be opened to serve customers who are unable to make transactions during normal workdays.

Collection hours in the Ponciano, Bajada, and Panabo offices will be from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, no noon break, while the Toril and Sto. Tomas accredited offices will accept payments from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon, and 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. The Ponciano and Panabo customer service area will be opened straight from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Emergency service will remain available 24 hours through 229-DLPC (3572).
