When: October 30, 2022 (Sunday); 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM (8 hrs.)
Customers Affected: Barangay Quezon, Panabo; Barangay Cebulano and Barangay Mangalcal, Carmen; Purok 1, Purok 2 and Purok 7 Barangay San Vicente, Panaho; Rivera Hospital, Cainglet Hospital; and neighboring areas.
Reason: To relocate the poles in the above mentioned areas.
