MobileAP 2.2 brings new features for electric bill viewing and many more!

With the popularization of online billing and payment options, Davao Light and Power Co. Inc., an AboitizPower subsidiary, launched the MobileAP in 2020. Two years later, the utility company brings another update to the phone-based application.

With MobileAP 2.2 version, Davao Light customers can now be notified when their monthly electric bill is available and they will be able to download it in PDF form, replacing the hardcopy of their paper bills with a more eco-friendly electronic bill! They can download the app through Google Play or Apple app store for free.

Additionally, they will be able to contact the utility company using the app for any concern through the cellphone and telephone numbers listed under the ‘Contact Us’ tab. The app can also lead them to the social media pages of Davao Light where they can be updated with the company’s latest news and announcements.

Moreover, the application can direct customers to nearby service center locations where they can pay their bills or transact with Davao Light face-to-face.

Lastly, MobileAP 2.2 allows customers to track their payment history, see their consumption charts, register multiple accounts for those who own several properties, and check their payment options on one interactive app!

Davao Light’s franchise area covers a population of about 1.8 million with a total of 467,933 customers, making it the third largest privately-owned electric distribution utility in the Philippines.
