Scheduled power interruptions on December 15 in Panabo, Carmen and Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte

Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. will conduct two sets of power interruptions on December 15, Sunday, affecting customers in parts of Panabo, Carmen and Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte.

These service disruptions will be necessary to facilitate replacement of Davao Light 69 kV poles from TADECO to Sto. Tomas.

The first set of power interruption will be for eight hours, from 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. This will affect customers in New Visayas, Sto. Tomas Proper, San Jose, Pantaron, Lungaog, Talonggo, Kimamon, Pag-Asa and neighboring areas. Also affected are customers in New Katipunan, Luna, and Sampao.

Meanwhile, two 15-minute power interruptions will also be conducted anytime between 4:00 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. and anytime between 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.. 

 

This will affect customers from Davao Light TADECO Substation going to Marsman Estate Plantation and nearby areas via Sto. Tomas-Carmen Road.

Davao Light apologizes for the inconvenience brought about by this scheduled power interruption. But it will exert all efforts to restore electric service as scheduled or earlier. However, there may be instances where restoration may extend beyond the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
